What ideas for baby presents can you recommend?

Some of our most popular baby gifts are the gifts that you can personalise with the baby’s name or intial such as the toweling wrap, bib and bootie set and the baby quilt in our New Born section.

What personalised baby gifts do you sell?

The toweling wrap, bib and bootie set and the baby quilt in our New Born section can all be personalised with the baby’s name or intial embroidered on it.

How long will the gift take to deliver?

Unless we inform by email of any delay your baby gift or Children’s clothes and presents will take 2 to 3 working days for a UK delivery, 3 to 5 working days to Europe and 5 to 7 working days worldwide.

What if I need to return something?

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your baby gift or children’s clothes you may return them to us with 28 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, or a refund provided that the products returned are unused and in the condition they were sent to you in.

Please note the conditions shown on the washing label of the garment as, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange if these instructions have not been followed.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will need to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us.

When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for goods sent back to us that are lost in the post. We will only pay for postage for returns where an item is faulty.
