Placing an Order

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact Siew@littleclassics.co.uk before placing an order with us.

These terms and conditions and your use of our website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and Under UK Law. We are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK law or regulations.

Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A contract between the customer and Litle Classics Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

Your Right to Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days.

Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you are not happy with our products you may return them to us with 28 days of receipt.

We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, or a refund provided that the products returned are unused and in the condition they were sent to you in.

Please note the conditions shown on the washing label of the garment as, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange if these instructions have not been followed.

Making Returns

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will need to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us.

When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for goods sent back to us that are lost in the post. We will only pay for postage for returns where an item is faulty.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by debit or credit card.

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch or Delta. All transactions are shown in sterling.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate include UK sales tax at the current rate.

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizing. However occasionally an item will be out of stock. If this does happen we will update our site accordingly.

Stock permitting, we endeavour to send out orders within 5 working days – reaching the customer in 10 working days. For BFPO see UK charges.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
